Weblate – Web-Based Translation Management App:



For projects that have multilingual interfaces, it is a pretty difficult process to manage the translation files, organize the translation team and keep all updated.
Weblate is an open source web application that enables us to manage multiple translation projects with ease.

It is built with Django, integrates tightly with Git (every change is a commit) and provides a collaborative environment where multiple users can work on same or different translation projects.
Users assigned to projects can view and translate or edit each string one-by-one and the language file can be downloaded in multiple formats (Gettext, Qt, Java, Windows, Symbian and more).
Also, there is support for auto/machine translation and few platforms are integrated (like Bing Translator).
